What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Rochester Mills Beer Company?
Rochester Mills Beer Co. has been the largest brewpub in Michigan for 28 years and we our currently hiring for servers and bartenders. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of full service experience as a server or bartender. We offer flexible scheduling to work around your school or family schedule. Full and part time employment is available. Applicants must be able to work weekends and at least one morning shift.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up section prior to shift
- Memorizing food, beer and bar menus
- Take orders accurately
- Imputing orders into POS
- Cash and credit card handling
- Proper alcohol service
- Sidework
- Pre-bussing
- Running food
- Running drinks
- Communicating well with co-workers and managers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
