Description
- Control the molding process to ensure parts meet required quality standards.
- Ensure that the Following Cards are up to date and contain the pertinent information to produce quality parts.
- Oversee training of Molding Team Members to ensure that they are knowledgeable in the production of quality parts.
- Ensure the Team have and use proper equipment to produce a quality product.
- Oversee to ensure the following cards by Team Members.
- Train the Molding Team Members to perform their required work both safely and efficiently.
- Train the department Team Members to understand and follow the information on the Following Cards.
- Monitor the Following Cards in the Molding Department daily to ensure they are in process conformance.
- And, any additional duties that may be assigned by Management.
