The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Merchandise Associate in Rochester, NY.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them with questions about merchandise
• Operate registers and complete cash and credit card transactions
• Keep the sales area clean and orderly
• Check displays and fixtures regularly during events to ensure merchandise is well-stocked
  
  

Minimum Qualifications For The Position

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1 year of experience in retail sales
• Familiarity with point of sale software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule

Compensation at Seneca is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below.
