Work Hours: Monday thru Saturday, 8am to 5pm (40 hour workweek with possible overtime, usually schedule 1 day off during the week plus Sunday off)

Job Title: Auto Parts Sales Associate
Summary
The Used Auto Parts Sales Associate will be responsible for selling used auto parts to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Hollander Used Auto Parts Salesman, demonstrating excellent customer service and knowledge in part sales. The sales associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, assisting customers with finding the parts they need, and processing sales transactions. The sales associate will also be required to maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure all parts are properly labeled and priced. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, alongside demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills.

- Facilitation of sales for recycled vehicle parts.

Competencies
- Computer experience is mandatory (preferability working with Hollander System, but not limited to).
- Sales experience and parts knowledge is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well independently and with others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand.
