What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Service Technician position at Rochester Home Management?

We are looking for a candidate with 1) multiple years of residential experience producing high quality work 2) problem solving and project management skills and 3) a positive attitude, strong work ethic 4) is an A player looking for personal growth and development. Additional Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
- Experience installing flooring, doors and trim
- Experience with bathroom and kitchen renovations including cabinet and appliance installation
- Painting/drywall and other trades are a plus
- Knowledge on how to use hand tools and power tools
- A true self starter and individual contributor. You will be expected to complete jobs independently with appropriate guidance
- Effective problem solving skills is a must with the ability to think through all the steps of a multi-part job and efficiently manage large renovation projects
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the office
- Will be expected to work at multiple job sites and do inside and outside work
- Must be able to climb a ladder and ability to lift up to 80 Ibs at times
- Clean driver's license
