Competitive Gymnastics Coach, Team Training Program

ROGA Gymnastics is growing our competitive team programs and is looking for experienced gymnastics coaches to join our athlete development team.

We are currently expanding our Xcel and competitive pathways and are seeking coaches who are passionate about developing athletes in a structured, positive, and team-oriented environment. We are open to both part-time and full-time roles, with a strong preference for full-time candidates.

This position is a great fit for coaches with a background as a competitive gymnast or experience coaching in structured programs. Coaches may specialize in specific events or work across multiple training groups depending on experience.

Coaches in this role will have the opportunity to collaborate within a strong team coaching environment and receive ongoing support and mentorship as we continue to build and grow our programs.

• Coach athletes within our competitive training pathway

• Support skill development, conditioning, and progression-based training

• Collaborate with coaching staff on athlete development and training plans

• Assist with meet preparation and attend competitions as scheduled

• Help create a positive, structured, and motivating training environment

• Background in competitive gymnastics as an athlete or coach

• Experience coaching or training within structured programs preferred

• Strong communication and ability to work within a team coaching model

• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
