Our Services

We will offer a wide variety of Emergency Services, including maintaining the only overnight Emergency Hospital in the greater Rochester Area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Fields client questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve client grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years Minimum Client service experience desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods while interacting with clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ability to see and read computer screens, documents, and other written materials.
  • Ability to hear and communicate effectively with clients and staff in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to type and use computer software for extended periods.
  • Ability to move around the office as needed to perform duties.

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
