We will offer a wide variety of Emergency Services, including maintaining the only overnight Emergency Hospital in the greater Rochester Area.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields client questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve client grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years Minimum Client service experience desired.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods while interacting with clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Ability to see and read computer screens, documents, and other written materials.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively with clients and staff in person and over the phone.
- Ability to type and use computer software for extended periods.
- Ability to move around the office as needed to perform duties.
