This includes managing an inbox, triaging received tax certifications and maintaining accurate records.Assist in gathering and managing tax ID information for international customers in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina to meet FedEx customs compliance and potential tariff obligations. This will involve automated customer outreach via Salesforce marketing, collecting tax data, and updating customer records.Improve data accuracy and process efficiency in Salesforce to enhance workflow automation. Targeting accounts with unassigned ISRs and evaluating/assigning the correct ISR per territory and/or related activity, allowing proactive customer outreach for campaigns and Defend and Grow automated tasks.Provide additional support, including data clean-up and administrative tasks related to sales, operations, and customer service, as needed.
