Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Adjunct Instructor at Rochester Community and Technical College. The position is primarily based in Rochester, MN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Adjunct Instructor will deliver high-quality instruction to students, develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with faculty and staff, providing academic mentorship, and staying current with developments in the instructional field.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, and assessing student learning outcomes
