Rochester Collision Center, part of Rochester Motor Cars Family, is currently looking for a full-time CSR for our fast-paced Collision Center. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and have the willingness to learn and adapt.
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology and procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required
Job Description
- Assist guests in person and over the phone
- Checking in and out for insurance and customer pay claims
- Checking in and out rentals
- Accepting and receipting payments
- Assist Collision Center manager in tasks he assigns
- Creating and closing insurance, customer, and inter-company repair orders
- Creating and closing reconditioning service repair orders
- Maintain and track rental vehicles
- Order office and other miscellaneous supplies
- Miscellaneous duties
- Pays attention to detail
