What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Remodel Installer position at Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling?

We offer free estimates and design, our showroom is open 6 days a week, and we employ our own installation crews offering the highest skills available. What you can expect:
You will begin on a crew with our seasoned installers. Company trucks, tools, and materials are provided and the usual work schedule is 8 hour day Mon-Fri. After being with the company for 6 months, you will be eligible for 401(k) matching up to 3.5%. This position offers 2 weeks paid time off & 6 sick days per year.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven work experience installing cabinetry and associated trims
- Plumbing experience associated with new installation of sinks, faucets, and drains
- Familiarity with basic framing, drywall installation techniques, and basic electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Ability to follow plans for demo and new installs
- Reliable, safe, and clean/respectful in client homes
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
