Job Description
Summary/objective
The Yard torcher is responsible for dismantling vehicles and other equipment to extract non ferrous metals.
Essential functions

- Extract catalytic converters along with other non-ferrous materials
- Ensure all materials are properly segregated
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials
- Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors to encourage repeat business and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
