Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) is looking for an enthusiastic, student-centered Middle School Teacher to join our incredible team. We're seeking someone who loves working with adolescents, embraces innovation, and is excited to help students discover their passions while preparing them for success in high school and beyond.

While we have identified a need for a middle school teacher, we are flexible in the subject area(s) taught. Because our middle school is not yet fully departmentalized, we have the ability to build the position around the strengths and expertise of the right candidate. Whether your passion is math, science, English language arts, social studies, or another content area, we'd love to connect and explore how you could fit into our team.

Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy is a public charter school serving students from Preschool through 8th grade. As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and developing the Middle Years Programme (MYP), we believe students learn best through inquiry, collaboration, creativity, and authentic learning experiences.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Minnesota teaching license (or ability to obtain one)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
