What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preventive Maintenance Technician position at Rochester Airport Marriott?
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on:
- Guest room fixtures and appliance
- HVAC systems
- Plumbing and electrical systems
- Check for damage ,mold or stains before painting and caulking
- Inspecting guest rooms
- Identify potential maintenance issues and resolve them before they escalate
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules,repairs and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in emergency repair and troubleshooting equipment failure
- Maintain tools,equipment,and inventory of spare parts
- Respond to maintenance request from guest and staff promptly
