Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficient with the basic use of computer functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with the Zendesk customer service platform is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy
- Team oriented but able to work independently
- High school diploma is required.
