The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to support the analysis of complex supply chain business problems through automated systems for a fixed term of 3 years. This role focuses on continuous improvement and best-practice implementation, creating value-added solutions through collaboration with internal business areas and program stakeholders. You will identify opportunities for efficiencies and consistency, configure system settings, plan and execute testing, and create system specifications to meet business requirements. While you will not typically supervise staff, you will oversee day-to-day operations and maintain and improve the quality system to achieve quality objectives. The position requires in-depth knowledge of various supply chain processes, advanced education or training, and experience in at least two areas such as supply planning, demand planning, order management, warehousing, or transportation. The Opportunity

• Responsible for continuously improving the ERP system workflows and achieving quality objectives through daily actions within the global supply chain
• Act as workflow subject matter expert for given processes, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on processes and system functionality
• Develop cross-functional relationships to facilitate optimal business partnerships, aid in knowledge and communication flow, and maintain execution of document or plan deployment
• Drive continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality, and service. Determine methodology, approach, and work plan within the area of expertise
  
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years business experience OR 7 years directly related experience
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), including presentation skills, collaborative problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong organization and planning skills, including project management
• Knowledge of materials management and logistics
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Previous experience in influencing and managing diverse business functions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects with varying scopes

• Strong technical and SAP system knowledge
• Background in Invoice to Delivery processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Google Suite and Project Management applications experience Teamwork & collaboration
• Process Monitoring (order monitoring) & Improvement
• Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), planning, organizing, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex software application functions and perform necessary daily tasks with minimal direction
• Capacity to manage change and maintain high technical accuracy when prioritizing daily tasks and project team responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
  
  

This is an onsite role in Indianapolis. Relocation benefits are not available.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $60,300.00 - $111,900.00 Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance, as well as participation in a long-term incentive program.
