Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. This position is responsible for answering customer questions, providing information about products, and resolving customer complaints. The CSR will also work with our sales team to build rapport and identify areas for future collaboration.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and text messages
- Answer questions and provide information about products
- Research and resolve product complaints
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with the creation of new customer profiles on our website
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred. College degree is acceptable upon interview.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong phone skills; must be able to make outbound calls, receive calls, and texts throughout the day. Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
