CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST – SECAUCUS, NJ
Our Customer Support Specialist position is based at our NJ Administrative Headquarters office. You will be working for our fast-expanding group of 14 East Coast stores. Working under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to discover our industry and be an active member of our dynamic Customer Support team.
Position responsibilities :
- Answering delivery teams, showrooms and customers’ requests in a prompt manner, assessing situation, and providing accurate and appropriate solution,
- Scheduling technical appointments to resolve client issues (local and out of state),
- Improving customer satisfaction, using our reporting tool and maintaining data accuracy,
- Discovering technical aspects of our products and handling customer files,
- Managing spare parts inventory and orders, in relation with Dispatch, Customer Support, Stock and Warehouse departments,
- Ensuring frequent meetings with showrooms to follow up on customers open cases and reviewing processe.
Profile :
- Associate degree minimum required,
- Experience in high-end industry is a plus,
- Knowledge of French and Italian languages is a plus,
- Dynamic, organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual, willing to learn, to create and to grow within the organization.
Schedule :
- Full-time, 40h/week,
- Monday through Friday.
