Rochambeau Roadside Inn is an award-winning, 22-room boutique hotel in Williamsburg. We're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy team member to join our small team.
This isn't your typical front desk position. Rochambeau is a contactless check-in, technology-driven boutique hotel where you'll use digital tools to communicate with guests, solve problems, and help deliver an exceptional stay. If you're comfortable with technology, enjoy working independently, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to hear from you.

- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred
- Food service experience
What We Offer
- 12-24 hours per week
- Primarily weekend day shifts, with occasional weekday shifts available based on business needs and your availability
- $19–20 per hour, depending on experience
- Casual work environment (shorts with a Rochambeau polo or T-shirt)
