Collision Center Estimator

Experienced TOP TIER Estimators with experience writing for MULTIPLE DRPs.
STARTING SALARY FOR PROPER EXPERIENCE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and detailed estimates for repair work
- Remain knowledgeable of the latest parts and repair procedures
- Exhibit a high level of communication, organization and customer service skills
- Liaise with insurance companies and negotiate parts and labor costs
- Research and locate any parts needed
- Ensure repair invoices accurately reflect the estimate
- Make sure all necessary parts are present before work begins
- Ensure all reports and records are accurately completed
- Show empathy and patience when working with customers
