Job Overview
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in cleaning, works independently, communicates well with clients and staff, and is committed to high-quality service.
Requirements:
Detail oriented
Must have proven experience (Preferably 3 years experience)
References will be requested on interview
Must obtain Liability Insurance within 30 days of hire.
Valid Drivers License
Valid Vehicle Registration & Proof of Insurance
Drug Testing & Background Check will be required.
Provide your own professional grade cleaning products & tools.
Must speak proficient English, desire to be a people pleaser
Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
Qualifications:
- Professional cleaning experience required
- Professional references needed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in spoken English
