CIVIC Financial Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our Princeton branch — a roster of Account Executives already in seats and ready for a hands-on leader to take them to the next level.
This isn't a build-from-scratch job. The people are here. What they need is a manager who's on the floor with them: coaching live deals, working objections, sharpening structure, and pushing production. You'll lead the team and carry your own pipeline too — the kind of player-coach who earns respect by closing, not just directing.
The product shelf
DSCR rental, Fix & Flip, ground-up construction, multifamily and stabilized bridge, rental portfolio. Whatever the investor brings, your team has a real shot at funding it — nationwide.
What you'll own
• Developing and elevating an existing AE team
• Branch production, profitability, and the metrics behind both
• Hands-on coaching through structuring and closing
• Your personal pipeline
• A tight working relationship with Ops and Underwriting so deals don't stall
What you bring
• 3 years leading or managing a sales team
• A genuine coach — someone who gets a kick out of making other people better
• Strong command of lending products and the ability to ramp fast on ours
• A track record of hitting numbers and helping a team do the same
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
