Duties
- Install new bathroom plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers
- Repair and replace existing plumbing components to ensure optimal water flow and system efficiency
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute installations
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise work
- Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and perform maintenance or repairs as needed
- Follow local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of installation and repair projects
- Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures and performing general handyman tasks related to bathroom upgrades
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and maintain proper flow within plumbing systems
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or plumbing installation, with a strong focus on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, drainage systems, water systems, and plumbing maintenance techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards relevant to plumbing work
- Experience operating company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude on-site
- Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
