Job Summary:
The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the Kingman Downtown and Andy Devine bulk plant to include safety, compliance, personnel, and infrastructure. The Plant Manager reports directly to the Regional Director. The Plant Manager will also communicate with the Transportation Director on vehicle repairs, gallon reporting, accidents, infractions, registration, certifications and inspections. The Plant Manager will also communicate with the Supply Management team on proper margin management for Fuel, Oils, Lubricants, Grease, DEF, Chemicals, and other ancillary products. Plant manager is responsible for all EHS Requirements and Reporting.
Duties/ Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To
Perform physical labor in a variety of extreme weather conditions, including walking, bending, stooping, climbing tanks, digging, lifting, and general manual labor. Climbing safely, without assistance, while holding on to a handrail with one hand and carrying equipment, such as tank gauging tools or tool bag in other hand. Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, etc. for extended periods of time and negotiate uneven or unpaved surfaces. Maybe required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties/ Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To
- The Plant Manager must complete the Class A/B UST certification before start date.
- The Plant Manager must complete the Hazwoper 24-hour certification training course.
- Communicate with NV & AZ Sales Team on their customer account needs and the resources available for product delivery.
- Conduct site visits to customer locations to understand customer locations and ensure we remain in good standing with customers.
- Perform opening and closing of business days.
- Assist with the setup & repair of various plant equipment.
- Assist drivers with deliveries as needed
- Responsible for the safety and security of the location and personnel.
- Review and act on driver Samsara ELD safety alerts.
- Performs daily opening and closing procedures.
- Performs and records daily inspection of warehouse.
- Receive and process phone and e-mail orders.
- Dispatch drivers
- Load & unload trucks
- Identify and assist with inventory needs for warehouse.
- Manage Inventory
- Responsible for daily bulk tank reconciliations
- Order inventory
- Receive inventory
- Ensure all billing is completed and processed daily.
- Ensure office and warehouse is clean.
- Update fuel prices if applicable.

- Walk the Perimeter of the Facility
- Process Daily Paperwork
- Open & Close Valves
- Take samples from bulk storage tanks including fuel and lubricant tanks.
- Lift Hoses – Approximately 30-50 lbs.
- Tank Farm Maintenance – Landscaping, Painting, Repair
- Operate Forklift
- Move drums (up to 400 lbs.)
- Carry buckets of oil (up to 35 lbs.)
- Professional work ethic, initiative, and dependability
- Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, familiar with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other programs.
- Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to work with team and take direction from supervision.
- Respectful to coworkers and supervisors.
- Extended hours may be required.
- May be required to work alone/unsupervised.
- May be exposed to some refined oil products containing chemicals that may be related to certain types of illnesses or reproductive toxicity. Some products emit vapors, are flammable, and may be explosive under certain circumstances.
- Exposure to smells and fumes associated with refined petroleum products.
- Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), composite-toed boots
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and able to withstand extreme weather conditions.
