We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Plumbing Foreman to oversee and guide plumbing crews on commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes. You’ll ensure that each project meets Roby’s standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction while mentoring the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership & Supervision

Oversee and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on commercial job sites.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity aligns with project schedules.

Mentor junior foremen, mechanics, and apprentices, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
Project Execution

Plan, schedule, and manage plumbing installations to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide installation and ensure accuracy.

Verify materials and tools are available for daily operations and coordinate with procurement as needed.
Quality & Compliance

Enforce company and OSHA safety standards on all job sites.

Inspect ongoing work to confirm adherence to local plumbing codes, project specifications, and Roby’s quality expectations.

Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
Coordination & Communication
-
Serve as the key point of contact between project managers, field teams, and other trades.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to supervisors and management.

Represent Roby Services professionally with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily reports of work performed, labor hours, and materials used.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning discussions.

Ensure all close-out documents and inspections are completed in a timely manner.
