Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) — Outpatient Physical Therapy
Robust Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in East Tennessee.

Pay & Schedule
$40–$55 per hour
Expected hours: 32–40 hours per week
Compensation within the posted range will depend on experience, qualifications, schedule, and other job-related factors.

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at Robust Physical Therapy, you will:
- Evaluate patients for strength, mobility, balance, movement, and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education.
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, physical capacity, and independence.
- Educate patients about their condition, home exercise program, recovery, and ways to stay active.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Complete evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Work closely with PTAs, technicians, front-office staff, and other members of the Robust team.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered clinic environment.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate patients and develop appropriate, individualized plans of care.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
