What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Robson Communities?
This position is the first point of contact at the clubhouse for all incoming members/guests. The primary functions include disseminating current and accurate information concerning all homeowner and renter dates and all other daily activities in the appropriate location. Answer all incoming telephone calls and routing as needed and provides information to callers such as dining reservations and the gate entry system. Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Accountabilities
- Clerical duties as assigned such as all computer related data entry for homeowners and rental properties, typing letters, issuing hang tags, and record keeping for all front desk functions. May accept and process various forms and applications from residents to register vehicles or guests, obtain gate access stickers, etc.
- Providing information to members/guests such as dining information, homeowner card information, gate entry, renter information, new homeowner information, and directing people to the proper person or area.
- 1 years previous office experience
- Basic computer and clerical skills
