Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Measure SMC material to specifications for each enclosure
-
Mold enclosures and covers using a press
-
File flash from both interior and exterior surfaces of parts
-
Drill and tap parts according to blueprints
-
Inspect for defects and ensure quality standards
-
Accurately record parts produced
-
Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products or materials
-
Follow all ISO procedures, flowcharts, and quality policies
-
Drive continuous improvement through the Self-Management Performance (SMP) program

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
