Summary: To manage customers relationships inside the Accounting Department. Actively participate in processing of deductions, and case management through salesforce.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships
- Mailing of invoices and statements
- Deduction Tracking and resolution
- Maintain EDI & claimback processes and relationships
- Resolution of customer inquiries
- Maintenance and delegation of Accounts Receivable In box
- Salesforce case assignment and management
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Month-end reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Assist Accounting Support with claim backs
- Back up other accounting functions (i.e., Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and General Accounting)
- Responsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy
- Responsible for performing in-house ISO audit functions
- Warehouse inventory management and reconciliation
- Responsible for driving Self-Managed Performance (SMP) program through self-motivation, initiative, and participation
- Responsible for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation and disposition of non-conforming products, services, and systems
- All department processes and procedures are documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessary
Other Functions:
Sort mail, manual invoices, other duties as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned
- Cross Training in other work centers as needed for the business
Key Measurements:
- All month end duties processed by 1st workday
- 100% Accurate and timely filing
- All invoices mailed by 10am
- Inbound freight recon completed by
Wed of each week
- 100% Accuracy of Inventory Adjustment
Data entry/approvals
- All procedures updated in system within
24 hours
- First Time First Pass ISO Audit
- 100% Resolved or Active in-process
status of all non- conformance items
- First Time First Pass ISO Audit
