About the Role
The Regional Manager is responsible for the administrative, field, and customer service operations within the Great Lakes Region of the United States. This position supervises Field Service Technicians and ensures they receive the support and equipment necessary to provide unparalleled customer and technical service. The Regional Manager serves as the first line of management for Service Technicians and represents RoboVent to assigned customers in the region.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of service projects.
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Review service reports and submit them to customers.
- Oversee technician expense reporting, timekeeping, and uniform management.
- Quote and maintain account parts ordering.
- Manage team vehicles and tool maintenance/inventory.
- Achieve regional financial goals.
- Regional travel as needed (up to 20%).
Standards of Performance
- Demonstrate and incorporate safety principles daily.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment for self and co-workers.
- Consistently maintain acceptable productivity levels.
- Deliver excellent customer service with zero complaints.
- Complete service on time and within financial goals.
- Ensure 100% accurate entries in RoboVent’s electronic service tracking system.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of HVAC, electrical, or mechanical service experience.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative in absence of manager.
- Ability to evaluate job-related safety hazards.
