Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth / Southlake, TX for a B2B Sales Manager. As the B2B Sales Manager at RobotLAB, you will drive sales growth by identifying and developing relationships with business clients across our verticals. You will conduct market analysis, lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, build strategic sales plans, and meet or exceed sales goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to stay aligned with company objectives and to develop strategies that effectively reach potential customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing, high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do
Drive Growth & Close
• Identify and develop relationships with new business clients across our verticals
• Perform cold and warm calls to prospect customers
• Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
Plan & Analyze
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities
• Create and execute strategic sales plans
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and sales analytics tools
Collaborate & Align
• Partner with the marketing and product teams to align on organizational objectives
• Develop strategies that effectively target potential customers
• Represent RobotLAB at client sites, meetings, and demonstrations across the territory
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are
Experienced in B2B Sales
• 3 years of B2B sales experience is a must
• Strong skills in lead generation, developing client relationships, and closing high-value deals
• Experienced in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, and contract negotiation
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience selling into one of our verticals (commercial cleaning, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or facilities)

• Able to create sales strategies, perform market analysis, and identify new business opportunities
• Self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver
• Able to thrive in an opportunistic and entrepreneurial environment
Strong Communicator
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Tech-Savvy
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable working with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development
Bonus Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the technology or robotics industries
• Bilingual (preferred)

• Full-time with flexible hours around client meetings and sales activity
Ability to Commute / Travel
Fort Worth / Denton / Southlake / Customer Sites, TX
Valid driver license required, able to drive a commercial van to and between customer sites.
Travel requirements may change at the discretion of the Company.
