Facilities Engineering Intern

Position Overview:

As a Facilities Intern at MKS, you will partner with the facilities group to support operations in 5 different MA facilities. In this role, you will report to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Work on an individual project or projects to support the MKS facilities group. 
• Verify and update various facility utilities using CAD. These will include electrical, HVAC, gas and water piping systems.
• Work with the group in the weekly maintenance and service aspects of the facilities group. 
• This position will support the MKS facilities in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. Facilities are in Andover, Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen, and Wilmington.

Requirements: 

• Majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, ⁠Industrial Engineering, ⁠Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction Management, ⁠Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• Experience with AI integration
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Thermodynamics, fundamentals of engineering, or similar courses.
• Qualified candidates must be US Persons.

Compensation:

This position is expected to pay $22 to $29 per hour.
