We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter who will drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for AI, software, and hardware roles, and beyond.
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage interviews, share feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring efforts.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for consistency and compliance.
- Support office operations and team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in technical recruiting
- Track record sourcing and closing senior technical talent.
- Skilled in recruiting tools, sourcing, and pipeline management.
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
- Able to juggle priorities and work independently in fast-paced settings.
- Basic HR knowledge related to onboarding, offboarding, and office operations.
- Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.
