As a Senior Design Program Manager at Roblox, you'll combine expert project management skills with a passion for design to scale design operational excellence across our platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with Design, Product, and Engineering teams at multiple altitudes to successfully orchestrate and manage complex, strategic product design initiatives that enable teams to focus on designing, building, and shipping products.
You'll work across the Economy and Ads & Brands product groups —ensuring strong communication, alignment, and effective ways of working together. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and systematic execution, with the ability to drive an org-wide focus on Foundation, Innovation, and Craft while meeting the diverse needs of our consumer ecosystem at Roblox.

$189,450—$225,640 USD
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

You Will
- Lead end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional design initiatives from concept through launch, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining design quality and craft.
- Develop and implement scalable design processes that foster creativity, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
- Partner with design leadership to define design priorities aligned with key company goals.
- Manage design resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Orchestrate and build team rituals that focus on strategic alignment, decision-making, and execution, ensuring teams are on track while resolving blocks that impede progress.
- Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate design strategy and progress persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback
- Sought out as the operations subject-matter expert to the design team and trusted leader to cross-functional partners
- 8 years of professional experience in design program management, design operations, or related roles
- A track record of working directly with product design teams and cross-functional partners, ensuring delivery of high-quality design solutions
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder design projects in consumer technology or gaming companies
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse teams
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Jira, Confluence)
