Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a server, you will be responsible for accurately taking orders, maintaining the server station, and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle food safely in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal requirements regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in promoting special events or menu items through effective sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or fine dining setting, is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
