ABOUT ROBINWOOD DENTAL
Robinwood Dental is privately owned and managed by dentists who work in the practice each day. We are not a part of any dental service organization (DSO) or corporately owned dental practices. Compensation is never lowered or dropped due to poor production. You are not required to clock out if you do not have a patient, and we will not manipulate or cut your hours based on busyness or production. We manage our team of hygienists with respect and professionalism, in the way we would want to be treated.

With two locations, we provide care for all ages -offering preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry as well as orthodontics, oral surgery and endodontic treatment. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Our Dental Hygienists are the backbone of our practice and do so much more than just cleaning teeth! In this role, we rely on you to help make our patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Your calm and reassuring presence comes through as you greet patients and listen to their concerns and/or questions. You will check their medical history, do a preliminary examination of the teeth and soft tissues, take x-rays, and perform oral prophylaxis & SC/RP. You will perform Dental Health Scans with our iTero scanner, and will also educate patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health. As an essential member of each patient's oral health care team, you'll work together with the dentists and your co-workers to provide seamless care for your patients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Maryland Dental Hygiene License
- Licensed to administer local anesthesia is a plus!

WORK SCHEDULE
We are seeking a full-time hygienist to work 4 or 5 days per week. Our practice is not open on Saturdays or Sundays, so you will never work weekends. We offer $40-46/hour. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am - 2 pm on Friday, but employees arrive early to prepare for the day and leave after their last patient is complete and all the notes are caught up.
