Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time legal assistant. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance and reliability, be proactive and highly organized, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting. Experience with NetDocuments and Orion Legal Software is preferred. This is an in-person position with 1 day remote in our Denver, CO office.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Docketing and calendaring
- Drafting and filing documents in State Court
- Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
- Document Management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly
- Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills
