What We're Looking For

Required

  • 4 years in materials, inventory control, logistics, shipping/receiving, or production control
  • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Strongest preference for UAS, aerospace, and defense; we will also consider aviation, electronics, or another controlled manufacturing industry with equivalent documentation and traceability discipline
  • Hands-on ERP/MRP experience with inventory transactions
  • Working knowledge of material traceability and documentation requirements
  • Comfortable handling material directly while owning the paperwork and system transactions behind it
  • U.S. Person status

Strongly Preferred

  • AS9100 quality-system experience, including the documentation and record-retention discipline that comes with it (ISO 9001 also considered)
  • Certificates of Conformance — reviewing, verifying, and retaining CoCs, material certifications, and supplier documentation; incoming inspection and nonconforming material processes
  • Dangerous goods / hazardous materials, including lithium battery shipping and DOT and/or IATA certification. If your certification has lapsed but the experience is there, we'll train and recertify
  • ITAR / export control familiarity — handling export-controlled hardware, technical data, and shipment documentation
  • Experience writing procedures or standard work in an operation moving from manual to documented
