Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in beautiful Stamford, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team every weekend. As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining exceptional resident care standards. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility setting
Assign staff based on resident acuity and census
Monitor medication administration and infection control compliance
Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations
Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership support
Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
Requirements:
Active New York State RN License
Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday 7a–7p or 7p-7a
24 hours Work week
