What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center?
Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently seeking a Skilled Maintnance Technician.
Position Overview: This position is part-time. The Maintenance Tech reports to the Director of Maintenace.
Maintenance Technician Duties Include:
- Painting resident rooms and other parts of the facility.
- Lawn care including snow removal.
- Moving materials from room to room.
- Mechanical and general maintenance repairs/upkeep.
- "On Call" rotation with the rest of the Maintenance Department.
Requirements Include:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Must work Weekends.
- General maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools/uses.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus!
