Residential & Commercial Cleaner

Job Overview

This is a part-time position, a good fit if you want reliable extra income alongside another job, school, or family. Show up consistently, do great work, and we'll add more days and clients as trust grows. That growth is earned over time and is never promised on day one.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes and offices with attention to detail, following our checklists so every space meets our standard
• Train side by side with an experienced teammate until you're confident working on your own
• Use our team app to view your assigned days and locations, check in and out, and track your hours
• Communicate early if your schedule changes or something comes up
• Report anything unusual you notice in a client's space, such as something missing or out of place
• Treat clients and teammates with courtesy and respect at all times

Skills and Qualities

Experience is welcome but not required, since we train the technique. What we hire for is character.

• Reliable: you arrive on time and follow through on your commitments
• Honest and trustworthy: you'll often be in a client's space without anyone else present
• Coachable: you take feedback well and use it to improve
• Detail-oriented: you notice what clients notice, like baseboards and mirror streaks
• Respectful: with clients and teammates, even on a hard day
• Comfortable working independently once trained
• Clear communicator and a good team player

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
