Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections.
- Assist with cleaning duties to keep store neat and tidy.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays through effective merchandising techniques.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to work alone, or with other team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customers.
