Robinson RehabNursing is looking for a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to fill full-time, part-time or PRN role at our skilled nursing facility. Each LPN Licensed Practical Nurse team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Administer medications and IV's as prescribed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
