What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Line Inspector I (SG) - 3rd Shift position at Robinson Pharma?
We are seeking an In-Line Inspector to join our team!
Inspect and maintain quality standards. Some inspection experience helpful.
Must have attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacturing processes (this entails, but is not limited to, “Fill Weight,” seam check, moisture, and hardness, etc.).
- Reviews, creates, releases and issues Packaging labels
- Performs line clearance for removal of all previous products, components and foreign materials.
- Inspects and checks in-process products, ensuring that the products fall within the given specifications.
- Reviews documentations (this entails, but is not limited to, LUMAC Logbooks, Batch Records, Metal
- Detectors Logs, Scale Logs, etc.) to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Documents and notify management of any products that is found to be out of specifications (OOS).
- Operates various testing equipment (this entails, but is not limited to, Hardness testers, scales, seam check cameras, moisture testers, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
