Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders.
- Supervising facilities management, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting with various human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and preparing for payroll.
- Supporting production tasks by tracking progress and assisting with scheduling.
- Handling logistical tasks, including shipping, receiving, and coordinating deliveries.
