In addition, the Firm provides services for not-for-profit clients, charitable organizations, voluntary health and welfare, and property owners associations. A full range of professional accounting, auditing, fiscal planning, consulting and tax services is also offered. RFC has offices in Charlottesville, Blacksburg, Louisa, Richmond, Fredericksburg and Staunton.

- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
