Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Pickers, Backstock & Kit Assemblers to join our team.
In the Warehouse Picker role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order fulfillment, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and support the overall distribution process. Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately according to shipping specifications
- Communicate with Management regarding any issues with orders (such as product shortages & substitutions as needed)
- Conduct quality control checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and condition
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve distribution processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and quality control
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, packaging, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
In the Warehouse Backstock role, you will be responsible for safely receiving, organizing, and retrieving overstock merchandise. Your primary goal is to maintain an immaculate, safe, and highly accurate backstock system that allows order pickers and floor staff to find inventory quickly. The ideal canidate for this position will be have strong organizational skills and be able to oversee the excess inventory storage areas is kept orderly and safe. Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklift, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Transport inventory safely from staging areas to designated backup storage locations.
- Organize overstock items, logically by cateogry, size, and product type.
- Communicate with Management regarding any issues with products.
- Implement stock rotation protocals specific to closest expiration dates out first.
- Retrieve backstock items quickly when requested by stocking team.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve distribution processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment
Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jacks / forklifts. (certfication a plus)
- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and proactive attitiude toward organization.

In the Kit Assembler role, you will be responsible for turning individual products into finished kits, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they ordered, every time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for correct and efficient product preparation and fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality and support the overall distribution process.
Responsibilities
- Count, label, package, seal products as advised.
- Follow provided "kit lists" to ensure every required component is included in the final package.
- Inspect items for damage and verify that quantities or weights meet specific requirements before sealing.
- Proactively alert Supervisor regarding low stock or missing components to prevent line delays.
- Maintain a steady pace to complete assembly tasks accurately within set production timeframes.
Skills
- High level of accuracy is required to match products to written checklists.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Ability to work independently or collaborate effectively within a group.
- Strong attendance and a dependable work ethic are essential for meeting daily goals.
- Ability to accurately count and weigh items for consistent kit assembly.
