We are currently looking for a Patient Care Scheduler to support our Grand Rapids location by managing incoming calls, scheduling patients, and helping create a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Help maintain a full and productive schedule for providers
- Support the front desk team as needed (check-in/check-out, patient flow, etc.)
- Assist with basic insurance responsibilities and patient information updates
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Robinson Dental with professionalism and kindness

- Dental office experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience
