Commercial Construction Work
Reputable construction company is seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, reliable candidate with an excellent attitude for commercial construction. This position is full-time, however, part-time is available for the right candidate.
Work includes, but is not limited to new construction, repair/remodel, concrete, building structures and framework (erect steel structures, welding, wall framing, set trusses, metal/shingle roofs, metal siding, eaves, trim, etc.), and demo.
Candidate should be willing to learn and work in all aspects of commercial construction as needed.
Requirements for candidate.
- Be organized, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Have working knowledge of a variety of equipment and materials.
- Have ability to prioritize assignments and determine efficient work procedures and techniques to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Be able to produce quality work consistently.
- Have physical ability to move, lift and carry heavy tools and materials.
- Be willing to submit to a background check and pass a drug/alcohol screen.
- Must have a VALID DRIVER'S License (no exception)
- Experience is not required, although preferred. Preference will be given to those with experience in concrete, steel erection, carpentry.
