Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Training to lead our educational programs at Robins Nest Learning Center of Marion. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing training strategies that enhance the learning experience for our students and support our mission of educational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of students and staff.
- Oversee the educational curriculum to ensure alignment with best practices in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with educators to enhance instructional strategies and student engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote educational programs and initiatives.
Requirements
* 60 college credits from an accredited college or university with six semester or nine quarter hours in courses related directly to child care
Or
- One year (1,560 clock hours) of child development experience in a center, nursery or kindergarten AND 30 credits from an accredited college or university with 6 credit hours in courses related directly to child care
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong background in education administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in higher education teaching preferred but not required.
- Ability to develop innovative training solutions that cater to diverse learning styles.
